14th Pan-African Conference on Illicit Financial Flows and Taxation (PAC)

The 14th Pan-African Conference on Illicit Financial Flows and Taxation (PAC 2026), organized by Tax Justice Network Africa and partners, will be held in Dakar, Senegal from 30 September to 2 October 2026. Under the theme "Advancing a Transformative Tax Justice Agenda for Africa,” the conference will convene policymakers, civil society, researchers, and Pan-African institutions to address emerging global economic challenges. PAC 2026 will serve as a strategic platform for collaboration, evidence generation, and policy dialogue aimed at strengthening domestic resource mobilization and advancing equitable tax systems across Africa.
