The Reforms of the Global Tax Rules

Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA) and the Tunisian Observatory of Economy (OTE) will co-host a conference on global tax rule reforms on June 24-25, 2024, in Tunis, Tunisia. Themed ‘The Role of African Countries in Defining Global Tax Rules,’ the event will gather African Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to discuss the UN Framework Convention on International Tax Cooperation and create an action agenda for ongoing global tax reforms. It aims to develop solutions for international tax challenges and explore the UN Tax Convention's potential as a democratic framework. The conference includes a public session on June 24 and a closed session on June 25 for CSOs to build an African working group and agenda.
